A Message from the Principal
Greetings Eagle Families,
As Principal of W. A. Perry Middle School, I would like to welcome you to another extraordinary year of excellence in and out of the classroom. I am excited about the opportunity to lead W.A. Perry Middle School. It’s certainly my goal to build on the many wonderful things happening daily at our school and to make W.A. Perry the best middle school in South Carolina.
The staff and I are dedicated to making every student’s experience at W.A. Perry engaging, inspiring and challenging! We can only accomplish this by ensuring that our students function in a safe, innovative, and fun environment which creates motivated 21st century learners. With our school-wide Balanced Literacy and STEAM initiatives, we are ready for a STEAMULATING year! Furthermore, our students are encouraged to get involved in the variety of extracurricular activities that we offer, which are all outstanding and provide avenues for the wide ranging interests of all students.
Our expansive school community, consisting of students, staff, parents and business partners are critical to the success of W.A Perry Middle School. There are many opportunities for parents and community members to share their time and talent at W.A. Perry Middle School. To start, our PTO is a vital part of our school and works collaboratively to support the many programs we have at W.A Perry Middle School. Also, our SIC community partners provide great support and are also excellent ways to get involved. I encourage you to contact the school to discuss various ways you can invest in your child’s education.
I want to thank you for choosing W.A Perry Middle School and the many positive opportunities that our school provides for your child. I look forward to partnering with students and families to continue the legacy of excellence that is, and will continue to be synonymous with W.A Perry Middle School.
Dr. Robin Coletrain
